Child Care Providers Together Michigan (CCPTM) is a union formed
by the UAW and AFSCME after child care providers asked us to
put our clout and reputation in Michigan behind home-based child
care providers. Together, AFSCME and the UAW represent over
10,000 child care providers in Michigan, and over 150,000 child
care providers nationally, and nearly 2 million members nationwide.
